Me, driving?

So i had my first driving lesson today..i just realised that im not a very good driver.. i think my instructor was really stressed when i was in the car eventhough he was good at not showing it..he first said that i pressed the gas too much and made a joke about it..-kau ni nak laju je.. i swear he squirmed in his seat.. then i almost hit a car that turned out to be a kereta kerajaan.. he said- ha..kalau kau langgar tu kau bayar ye nak..i think he said a silent prayer after that..haha..he had to get out after that to have a smoke..haha..another blunder was going over a curb.. he said-eesh..pelan-pelan..jangan pusing banyak sangat..i tried to be a bit serious coz my life was literally in my hands but i couldnt help but laugh in my head..it really didnt help that i really had to go to the toilet..thankfully i was close to home so i drove myself home for the first time..hehe..i think this driving thing is gonna take a while..bear with me people who use roads in sg.buah,dengkil..i dont mean to suck this bad..ill tell you guys how this goes after the next lesson..

Things in Thailand that I Liked

there was a few things there that i was very surprised with..and i am now sharing it so that we can make Malaysia a better place by following the examples of these people..

1.The toilets there are clean..we went to a few yang berbayar and also a few yang tak payah berbayar.. Every one of those toilets were clean..a few of them were old,yes, but still very clean..come on people, we are a muslim country..and we have dirty toilets.. tak malu kah?

2.The pasar Malams and every kind of pasar we went to was clean. The beach was clean and also the park..'nuff said

3.The people there are super friendly and will always have smiles on their faces-granted that not all of them were, but a lot of them were really nice..no wonder they have millions of tourists travelling to their country.. and diorang takde pon pilih nak layan mat saleh je baik baik..orang thai layan org thai pon baik baik..

4.okay la..im a girl and i cant help but love shopping..but the stuff there was superb..Thai people are very artistic..just look at the slippers that we bought(again, ditaja oleh ayah)..

5.The fruits are fresh and nice

6.The old buildings are preserved..bukannye buang and buat bende baru..mcm da takde historical place je kat sini..

so..why dont we try to make Malaysia a better place for us and for the tourists that will obviously bring money to the country..

The Way We End 2008

Dear Diary,

As we've promised, we have uploaded the pics of our trip to Bangkok. Enjoy the pics!

1st day :

arrived at bangkok around 2.30 pm. abg Ton pick us up and went to the hotel - Best Western to freshen up a bit and then went to some mall by boat and bangkok's LRT. The trip took us about 1 hour but it was great! We had ice cream at Swensens :)..(Can u believe that the Swensen's there is almost half the price it is here.. we ate ice cream every other day over there.. Bliss!!!) And had dinner at In Love restaurant. OMG, the steam fish was excellent, the tomyam jgn cakap lah, and all the food was superb. after that went "pusing2" a bit and took some pics at the Old Parliment.

2nd Day :

After having breakfast at Best Western, we checked out and went to the Grand Palace to see temples and all. After that we went to museum Of Siam. By the 2nd day, we already went on quite a few transportations such as Boat, Tuk-Tuk, Car (haha), and bus.Don't forget we wnt by plane (of course la kan) The bus was sooo fast we were quite scared. (heehee..bile bangun terduduk balik..buat je la muke tak malu) Then we had lunch at a muslim stall eating nasi kuning with chicken&beef, sup ekor which was hot but very delicious and salad. after that, we girls got ourselves a pair of nice slippers (yang ditaja oleh ayah) :)

Then we went to Ton's house to stay the night. It was a nice house.Very modern and in a gated community..(well done Abg Ton) Had dinner at a restaurant which was quite exclusive i would say, because we only can reach the restaurant via a motorcycle which has some seats attached. Then after dinner, we went home and just lepak2 after a full day.

3rd day:

Started our day with breakfast at Ton's house. - Sedap dari bfast hari sebelum :) and after that, we went cycling!Best gile.. The park was a beauty.. really big..Malaysia should have one of those.. and can u believe it, we only rented the bikes for 20 Baht each.. thats about RM2..we went on Hello Kitty bikes.. tayar die pon ade imprint hello kitty.. super cute!! Then, we had four hours to do one thing we lOVE most.. SHOPPING! :) we went shopping at Tjatujak.It was super hot there..but who cares.. a girl's got to shop when a girl's got to shop.. Then it was time for us to go home and pick up our things and head to the floating market area. We arrived at at beautiful resort. Then around 5, we went to the floating market, had our dinner there and went off to watch fireflies. Cool.i mean cold..the boat ride was very windy and we only had day clothes on..cikyn couldnt speak cos she said she was conserving energy..hehe.. then, its sleeping time :)

4th day :

We had a lovely breakfast-bubur udang..it was superb withe about 7 ekor udang each..why dont hotels in Malaysia have this?After saying goodbye to the beautiful resort and the lovely ladies who ran it, we headed to the beach.

just a note : syikin who worried during the entire trip about her result is very very relief right after we arrived home and checked it. alhamdulillah :)

Iman Alia :)

Dear Diary,


last week has been quite busy for us (tu yang jarang update tu) but we're busy doing things that we absolutely LOVE and we're not complaining. :) After coming back from Raya Haji last monday, we went to Mines to watch the movie Los Dan Faun yang sangaatt best and funny, then wednesday we went to Shah Alam - our atuk's house for just this one reason.........

Yes, this beautiful, adorable girl was the reason. Readers, meet our only (for now) girl cousin from our mom's side, the ever cute girl, Miss Iman Alia bt Izuan Amir. She is our uncle's daughter and is almost 5 years old. She is the cutest kid ever and she os very, I mean VERY smart.

So yes, we went to Shah Alam last wed because we wanted to send her to the airport on thursday morning. You see, she lives in Bahrain at this moment (because our uncle is working there now) so we only get to see her 3-4 times a year which is verry little time. Let me tell you some things that we noticed and learned about her during her holiday with us recently.

1. She LOVES taking pictures. On one night, she wanted to take a pic with our mom before going to bed and she said to tyqa, "Excuse me, excuse me, can you take a picture for me?" OMG, she's sooo cute!! And dia pandai, lepas ambil gambar dia akan cakap "Can I have a look at the picture?" say CUTE!!

2. She Loves mirrors. On one evening, tyqa caught her staring and talking to herself while looking at the mirror. (Tyqa said this bad habit comes from me, hee hee :) )

3. Kelakar sungguh bila dia penat dan moody sikit, and aunty and uncle nak mintak tolong dekat dia, dia akan jawab "I cant". For example, while playing Monopoly, and iman was holding aunty's money, aunty said : "Iman, can you hand me the money please?" Iman akan jawab : "No, I cant". The way she says it sangatt lah comeyl, sampai kitorang tergelak je bile dengar.

4. Iman suka bila kita angkat and pusing2 kan dia sampai die dizzy :)

5. Iman is verry gooood with compliments. She is a real charmer. For example, lepas makan dinner one night tu, die cakap : " Hey, You got nice shoes!" and to tyqa : "Kak tyqa, you got nice hair" oooowhhh adorable sangatt! dan banyak lagi compliment yang telah diberikan kepada kami tiga beradik.

She loves playing with atuk's MAGNIFLYING glass. (thats what she calls it!)

one of my hobbies is to read fiction..preferably chick lit la.. (i cant help it..im a girl) ive just finished one book which is so cute.. its called JOHNNY BE GOOD and its about a girl who becomes a PA to a rockstar named Johnny..she didint want to but she fell in love with him anyhow.. its a really good read for all you chick lit lovers out there..just to let you guys know.

Dear Diary,

I had a guuud time yesterday. Went for a shopping spree at MidValley and The Gardens. As I told you earlier, I went with Qma and my friend, Ala. We were there from 10.30am and went back at 6.30 pm! wohoooo! Thats a long time man. Sure thing, we had the best time of our lives. I'll upload some pics, and they will say everything!
