Dear Diary aka blog,

I may not often update, but i think of you often. :p ngeehee. been quite busy. what with meetings, studies, tests, and quizzes some more. neways, here is some updates on myself for these past few weeks.

1. Glad i skipped koko (ooopsss now mama and ayah and the whole world knows! haha) to attend mama's convocation day. was worth it. sms-ed my koko facilitator that morning to explain and he said okay. :) alaaa ade lebih kurang 5 minggu or so lagi. bukan salu skip pon :p ngee.

2. have just found out that i have fallen in love with statistics. this is news because i always have a problem with maths since school days lagi. tapi sem ni statistics best la blajar! :D

3. I have to be mentally preapred to be the Pengarah for college's award ceremony. have never ever hold any big positions like this. sangat takut but i know i have a good support team behind me.

4. agak looking forward to celebrate Ramadan this year. maybe because of the anticipation of birthday raya nanti? takde kene mengena langsung. haha

5. have to start doing assignments before getting serious on midterms. rasa baru je habis quiz, nak midterm pulak? :p midterms will start on 4th September nanti.

6. Have prepared my speech for Public Speaking class - our first test. but havent delivered it yet. our lecterur is not well for this past week. Okay this is how my speech looks like. kindly give your comments. We have to prepare a speech for special occasion so i berangan dapat best overall student and prepare a speech on that. The duration is approximately 3mins. tak kesahlah orang tengok, tak ramai pon yang ambik Public Speaking :p

Thank you speech

Assalamualaikum and a very good afternoon to all of you. I was very suprised when they informed me that I have been chosen as the best overall student for this year. Honestly, it has been quite a challenging year for me but I am glad I ended it pretty well. Firstly, I would like to thank the Almighty God for giving me His blessings and giving me the strength to go through all the challenges life awaits. For without His guidance, I would definitely be lost. To the two most wonderful individuals in my life whom I call my parents, there is nothing that is more important to me than the both of you. Thank you for believing in me when I decided to pursue my studies in this field and for all of your never ending support in whatever i do. I am doing all of this for you, for without both of you, I am nobody. To my lovely sisters, you guys have been my pillar of strength and I can never thank you enough. Being my bestfriends, you both knew me too well and thank you for hearing me out whenever i have problems and giving me the motivation i needed. God has given me the greatest award in life, which is having a wonderful family. To my lecturers, I would like to thank all of you for your support all these while. It has been an honour to learn from the best and I would love the opportunity to work with all of you again in the future. To all my friends, I could not have done this without you.You guys have been so helpful to me. I am very thankful to have such a supportive team behind my back.

Ladies and gentleman,

Here are some tips that I would like to share with all of you in order to excel in your studies. Firstly, we must do a lot of exercise especially if you are taking technical subjects like Accounting. Exercises are important for us to have better understanding of the topic. Next, we must also read before attending classes in order to comprehend better during lecture. Besides that, to me, being good in my studies is not the only thing that is important. I believe that taking part in co-curriculum activities is also important in order to be a more successful person. This is because; co-curriculum activities can enhance our soft skills and improve our communication besides teaching us how to manage our time better. In addition, as a student, we should also take good care of our health by eating lots of nutritional food complete with vegetables and fruits. Lastly, we should also be happy with what we are doing as a philosopher Albert Schweitzer once said; success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful. With that, I thank you.

7. am quite happy with my first tests and quizzes marks so far rite now. hope to perform better next time. :)

8. coffee can seriously boost your mood. seriously. i thought thats only in the papers but it happened to me earlier this day! thanks cappuccino :)

so thats it! i'll update later when i have something more exciting. tee-hee. In the meantime, you guys read my speech and give some comments. Much much appreciated.! Thanks!

have a good day everybody :)
